Wedding Party Portal

This is the big one! We are requesting that everyone involved in the wedding be at the venue at 9am on Friday for the rehearsal. Come wearing whatever you are comfortable in, as this will just be a walkthrough so everyone knows what they will be doing for the ceremony. Our coordinator will be there to guide us in timing and placement. Once finished, our officiant (the lovely meme) and our flower girl (sweet Olivia) can head back to their hotel. The rest of us will divide and conquer the our tasks to set up tables, the arch, and signage. Once the place is looking ready for a wedding, the bridesmaids and groomsmen will split off to our separate getting ready areas. The photographer will arrive at 3 so please be ready or close to ready by then. The ceremony will start at 4:30 so everyone involved in the wedding will need to be at the venue ready to go by 4pm. Following the ceremony we will have pictures and cocktail hour, so those of you in the wedding, please stay relatively close to the photographer to be pulled in for pictures. Following cocktail hour we will have the grand entrances. Skits/dances are not required, just bring the energy! Everyone will be off the hook to just have fun for the rest of the night until our big send off, after which we will need a bit more of your time to help clean up.
