Thursday September 25th Itinerary

1:30pm

Leave the house in your car with me and aaalllll of our things.

6:20pm

Get ready for Rehearsal Dinner and meet me in the hotel so we can drive together <3

6:50pm

Arrive at the restaurant High Cotton.

9:30pm

You’re off the hook for the night! Have fun with the guys and have sweet dreams!!!

Friday September 26th Itinerary

9:00am

Arrive at Cottonwood Barn with everything for the wedding packed in your car, including your suit. (Also good morning honey!)

9:10am

Join us for the ceremony rehearsal.

10:00am

You, me, the bridemaids, and the groomsmen will help grab supplies from the cars to decorate the tables. I will set up one of the table settings and then everyone else can copy it and set up the remaining place settings. If you’re looking for a job, please bring the snacks and drinks we got into the grooms suite. My mom will be grabbing sandwiches for everyone.

12:00pm

You and the guys will now split off to the grooms suite. Break for lunch/snacks if you guys are hungry. Have fun!

3:00pm

At this point everyone should be getting wrapped up with getting ready. The photographer will arrive at this time. Her priority is to get a first look shot with me, Jack, and my dad but if there’s time, which there should be, she’ll take some pictures of you and the guys.

4:15pm

Everyone needs to meet in the reception hall soon for the ceremony.

4:25pm

Our coordinator will be helping out but you should be lined up with MeMe in front and your mom on your side ready to walk down the aisle.

4:30pm

The ceremony is starting!!!!

4:45pm

The ceremony is over and it is time for pictures and cocktail hour! Our photographer will walk us through this so just stay relatively close to her.

6:00pm

It’s time for the grand entrances! Parents will go first, then the wedding party, and then you and I.

7:15pm

This isn’t an exact time but around here is when we will start doing toasts.

7:25pm

Around this time you and I will cut the cake!

7:40pm

It’s time for our first dances! This will be followed by my first dance with my dad and then your first dance with your mom.

10:30pm

The reception has just officially ended with the last song and our guests are heading outside to get the sparklers ready. In the meantime, you and I will go upstairs for our secret last dance.

10:40pm

We will walk through the sparkler arch, hop in the back of the fancy car, and drive around the back of the venue. We’ll hop back out, go in our normal car, and drive to the AirBnB…
