Friday September 26th Itinerary
9:00am
Arrive at Cottonwood Barn wearing normal clothes.
9:10am
We will do the ceremony rehearsal at this time.
10:00am
I’m putting you and Olivia in charge of picking up the wedding cakes. Once we are wrapped up with the rehearsal, I am going to set up one of the table settings so the rest of the team can recreate it for the other seats. Once I’m done with that, I’ll show you where to put the cakes once you have them. They will be ready and waiting at A Piece of Cake, 1205 Clarksville St, Paris, TX 75460. Just say it’s for Julia Alexander and they should bring it out to you. There will be 2, a two tiered white cake, and a two tiered chocolate cake. If anything looks funky with them please give me a call. I’ll be helping with decorations so my phone will be on me. When you get back to the venue, please carefully place them in the fridges in the back kitchen.

Once you’re back I’ll have you and my Olivia help put together the arch for the ceremony. Unless it’s rainy or super windy that morning I will have all of the supplies needed outside next to the arch. I have floral boxes, zip ties, flowers & greenery, and gardening sheers. I’m not really picky about the look, just something simple like this but without the linen:
12:00pm
The bridesmaids and groomsmen will now split off to the different getting ready areas. You are off the hook for a bit and can head back to your hotel room or goof around for a bit. You will just needs to be dressed and ready to go back to the venue by 3:00pm
3:30pm
The photographer will arrive at this time. Her priority is to get a first look shot with you and Jack!
4:15pm
Please make your way inside the reception hall to get lined up to walk me down the isle!
4:30pm
The ceremony is starting!
4:45pm
The ceremony is over and it is time for pictures and cocktail hour! Our photographer will walk us through this so just stay relatively close to her.
6:00pm
It’s time for the grand entrances! We would like to include you and my Olivia in this. Parents will go first, then the wedding party, and then Holland and I.
7:15pm
This isn’t an exact time but around here is when we will start doing toasts, so be ready! You will go first.
10:30pm
At this point, Holland and I have just done our grand exit and we’ll need to get the place cleaned up. Here is the checklist that needs to be completed in the next hour:
All trash from the facility (inside and outside) must be collected and taken to the dumpster.
Cardboard boxes must be broken down before being placed in the dumpster.
No cigarette butts should be left on the property.
Nothing broken (all items, property, and rentals must be intact).
No cans/bottles left behind (fees apply for each found).
All décor and rentals removed the same day (setup and takedown must happen within venue hours).
No doors left open leading outside (to protect AC)
Flower petals must be picked up and thrown away
