Thursday September 25th Itinerary
3:00pm
Meet me at Home2Suites where I will be dropping off the flowers, hopefully in their fridges.
7:00pm
Come dressed up for the Rehearsal Dinner at the restaurant High Cotton.
9:30pm
Met me, my bridesmaids, and Oliva back in your hotel room for a flower party. I will go down with the help of a few girls to retrieve the flowers and you can start setting up the materials to create the bouquets and boutonnieres.
Friday September 26th Itinerary
9:00am
Arrive at Cottonwood Barn with everything for the wedding packed in your car, including your dress.
9:10am
Join us for the ceremony rehearsal.
10:00am
You, me, the bridemaids, and the groomsmen will help grab supplies from your and my car to decorate the tables. I will set up one of the table settings and then everyone else can copy it and set up the remaining place settings. Once everyone knows what they are doing, I’ll have you run out and pick up sandwiches for the group and the grocery store sheet cake from Kroger, the cake will be under your name.
11:30am
Once you’re back we should be just about wrapped up with everything but if not, I’ll pull you in to help finish things out.
12:00pm
We will now split off to the bridal suite to start getting ready. If girls are hungry we can start making sandwiches and pouring the champaign. We’ll all change into the PJ sets and start on hair and make up.
3:00pm
At this point everyone should be getting wrapped up with getting ready. The photographer will arrive at this time. Her priority is to get a first look shot with Jack and Dad but if there’s time, which there should be, she’ll take some pictures of us in the bridal suite.
4:15pm
Everyone needs to meet downstairs in the reception hall soon for the ceremony.
4:30pm
The ceremony is starting and you will be walking to your seat.
4:45pm
The ceremony is over and it is time for pictures and cocktail hour! Our photographer will walk us through this so just stay relatively close to her.
6:00pm
It’s time for the grand entrances! We would like to include you and Gary in this and you will go out after the wedding party does their entrance.
7:15pm
This isn’t an exact time but around here is when we will start doing toasts, so be ready!
7:30pm
You’re off the hook now and can enjoy the party.
10:30pm
At this point, Holland and I have just done our grand exit and we’ll need to get the place cleaned up. Here is your checklist to have everyone complete in the next hour:
All trash from the facility (inside and outside) must be collected and taken to the dumpster.
Cardboard boxes must be broken down before being placed in the dumpster.
No cigarette butts should be left on the property.
Nothing broken (all items, property, and rentals must be intact).
No cans/bottles left behind (fees apply for each found).
All décor and rentals removed the same day (setup and takedown must happen within venue hours).
No doors left open leading outside (to protect AC)
Flower petals must be picked up and thrown away
