Friday September 26th Itinerary

9:00am

Arrive at Cottonwood Barn wearing normal clothes.

9:10am

Join us for the ceremony rehearsal.

10:00am

Following the reception we will start getting the place decorated! I will set up one of the table settings and then if you and our other helpers could copy it and set up the remaining place settings that would be amazing!

12:00pm

You are off the hook for a bit! You’re welcome to stay at the venue, go back to the hotel for a nap, or anything you’d like.

4:10pm

Please be back at the venue around this time dressed and ready to go.

4:20pm

Before you take your seat could you do us a favor and start the video camera? It will be on a cocktail table set up with a mini tripod and a brand new cassette. Please press play before the ceremony, and stop it after the ceremony. We will try to grab it and put it in Holland’s car when we have a chance.

4:30pm

The ceremony is starting!

4:45pm

The ceremony is over and it is time for pictures and cocktail hour! Our photographer will walk us through this so just stay relatively close to her.

6:00pm

It’s time for the grand entrances! We would like to include you and Alicia in this. Parents will go first, then the wedding party, and then Holland and I.

7:15pm

This isn’t an exact time but around here is when we will start doing toasts, so be ready! You will go fifth after Alicia.

10:30pm

At this point, Holland and I have just done our grand exit and we’ll need to get the place cleaned up. Here is the checklist that needs to be completed in the next hour:

  • All trash from the facility (inside and outside) must be collected and taken to the dumpster.

  • Cardboard boxes must be broken down before being placed in the dumpster.

  • No cigarette butts should be left on the property.

  • Nothing broken (all items, property, and rentals must be intact).

  • No cans/bottles left behind (fees apply for each found).

  • All décor and rentals removed the same day (setup and takedown must happen within venue hours).

  • No doors left open leading outside (to protect AC)

  • Flower petals must be picked up and thrown away
